Love, Let Go, and Hope is a deeply personal memoir that shares my journey as a mother raising my daughter and being completely blindsided by addiction.
This is an honest and heartfelt story of the shock, fear, heartbreak, and devastation I experienced while watching someone I loved struggle with addiction. It is a journey through grief, uncertainty, and the difficult lessons of loving without losing yourself.
Through faith, support, and learning to let go of what I could not control, I discovered that hope and healing are possible. My hope is that by sharing my story, other parents and families will feel less alone, find comfort in knowing someone understands, and be reminded that there is hope; even in the darkest moments.
